Intensive Outpatient (IOP) 

 

Second Mile is a non-contract service provider with Harris County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (HCCSCD) commonly referred to as Harris County Adult Probation and accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) as a licensed substance abuse treatment facility.  IOP with Second Mile is 15 sessions – 5 individual sessions and 10 groups. We discuss topics related to use and impact of alcohol and other drugs on the family for 35 days. You start IOP when you attend your first session.

 

During the pandemic:

IOP costs $1,000 total ($125 discount).  The full cost does not have to be paid in advance.  You can pay as you go, $200 per week for 5 weeks.  There is an additional $250 discount when you complete IOP and SOP with Second Mile.  Payments are by credit card only.  To promote everyone's wellbeing, all services are virtual via Zoom.  Appointments can be made by calling or texting 281-841-2545.
