Out-of-State Evaluations

 

The National Driver Register (NDR) is a computerized database of information about U.S. drivers.  Meeting with a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas is the first step to satisfying requirements of the NDR, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and other states to gain driving privileges in the State of Texas.

 

Out of State (OOS) Evaluations costs $200 (except for the State of Illinois which costs $300).  Payments can be made with cash, money, order, American Express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa.  No checks are accepted.  Appointments can be made by a confidential phone call, text message or email.  Appointments must be made during business hours of state where offense occurred to enable consultation with other state.
