Supportive Outpatient (SOP) 

 

Second Mile is a non-contract service provider with Harris County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (HCCSCD) commonly referred to as Harris County Adult Probation and accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) as a licensed substance abuse treatment facility.  SOP with Second Mile is 15 sessions – 5 individual sessions and 10 groups. We discuss topics related to use and impact of alcohol and other drugs on the family for 75 to 105 days. You start SOP when you attend your first session.

SOP costs $1,000 total ($125 discount).  The full cost does not have to be paid in advance.  You can pay as you go, $100 per week for 10 weeks.  Payments are by credit card only.  To promote everyone's wellbeing, all services are virtual via Zoom.  Appointments can be made by calling or texting 281-841-2545.
